The law firm of Brail & Benedict has closed as of December 31, 2016. Herbert A. Brail has retired after 35 years of practice. Stephanie L. Benedict has relocated to Australia and is not currently engaged in the practice of law due to differing admissions policies in that country.
Herb and Stephanie have mentored and worked for several years with Dion E. Roddy of Michigan Adoptions. He occupies their former office space and is concluding work on any open matters.
